United Kingdom
Delivery times are estimates based on carrier information. Delays due to customs, weather or carrier logistics are outside our control.
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import fees or handling charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EU customers do not pay any customs duties.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking updates, contact us at info@purrzo.eu and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
If a parcel returns to us, re-shipping is possible after the new shipping cost is paid.
If a package is not collected and returns to Purrzo, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We can re-send the parcel once the new shipping fee is paid.
