Welcome to Purrzo, operated by DELAR s.r.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or using www.purrzo.eu (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms describe your rights and obligations when shopping at Purrzo, our premium pet accessories boutique powered by Shopify.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

To place an order, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information including your email address, billing details, and shipping address.

We carefully curate premium pet accessories sourced from high-quality European brands.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours, textures, and materials may vary depending on device settings or natural variations.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted once payment is successfully processed and we confirm acceptance by email.

Please review your order before submitting, as changes may not always be possible.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES & BILLING

All prices are listed in EUR and include Slovak VAT (23%), charged in accordance with Slovak tax legislation.
Until Purrzo registers for the EU OSS scheme, all EU orders are taxed under Slovak VAT rules.

Prices may change at any time without notice.
Shipping fees, handling charges, and any customs duties (for UK orders) are displayed at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship across the EU and the UK using:

  • Packeta (home delivery)

  • DPD (home delivery)

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy, but delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All brand names, logos, texts, images, and designs displayed on the Services are the property of Purrzo or our partners.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools without monitoring or control.
Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

Future features released through the Services will also be governed by these Terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may include links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Purrzo is powered by Shopify, but all sales transactions occur directly between you and DELAR s.r.o.
Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and by using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with Purrzo.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and compliant with EU GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act, and Slovak law.
Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, some of your information may be processed by Shopify and trusted third-party providers.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews, suggestions, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, and display such content for any purpose related to the Services.

You represent that you own or have the right to provide such Feedback.

Occasionally, information on the website may contain inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and applicable EU and UK consumer protection rules.

Material changes will be communicated according to applicable law.
